ASHP (Texas) Delegate Application
The Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists Nominating Committee is seeking names of individuals for consideration for ASHP Delegate. Texas is traditionally entitled to six (6) Delegates to serve at the ASHP Summer Meeting and House of Delegates.
- Three (3) Delegates will be elected this year. Candidate(s) not elected as Delegates who receive the next most votes will be named as Alternates, with the 4th highest vote count serving as the 1st Alternate, 5th highest vote count serving as the 2nd Alternate, etc. (number of alternates is capped at half the total number of allotted delegates).
