WOCNext 2023 Affiliate Meeting Space Request Form

We appreciate your request for meeting space during WOCNext 2023. All events involving attendees require WOCN approval. This includes events scheduled at unofficial facilities.

Guidelines

The event schedule is developed to maximize attendees’ participation in our educational program and exhibits. Therefore, the availability and timing of affiliate meetings are limited*. Meeting space will be assigned only during times that do not conflict with the educational program. Click here to view the event schedule.
*However, company sales meetings (employees only) can be held during the conference program.

Meeting space can be requested at the Caesars Forum. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

For all requests, room assignments will be emailed directly to you after Monday, May 1, 2023.

Your meeting arrangements will not be included in WOCNext promotion.
