    This form must be submitted for all money earning activities at least one month prior to each money earning activity. Please keep a copy of the completed application for your records. 

  • Blackout Times:  No money earning what so ever will be approved during the 4 week phase of cookie booths. Money earning that requires girls to sell items of any kind will not be approved during Treats & Reads (Fall Program) and Cookie Programs (event type money earning is allowed).

  • All girls must participate in the Cookie sales and sell at least 4 cases (48 packages) of cookies to participate in any other money-earning activities. Please note that there are no money-earning blackout periods for girls earning highest awards, but no door-to-door sales are permitted during the fall product or cookie sales. Please fill out this form to make a request for an in-kind donation letter.

    GOLD Award:  Individual girl must complete this form.

    Silver/Bronze:  Troop leader must complete this form.

  • GSHNC policy requires troops to participate in the Cookie and Fall Product Programs before they can participate in individual troop money earning activities.  New troops that are not registered in time to participate in the Fall Product Program are exempt from this requirement.  All Troops and Service Units must submit their Annual Finance Report due by June 15th of each year to participate in GSHNC Product Programs or additional money earning activities.

    You may indicate whether or not you'd like to take advantage of the 50/50% split below.  If your troop or service unit would like to have 50%, please send the ENTIRE amount of funds raised to Council and 50% will be sent back to your troop or service unit.  If you intend to donate 100% to Council, please mark this in the memo line of your check.  ONLY MONEY WHICH REMAINS WITH COUNCIL WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR SERVICE UNIT'S SISTER TO SISTER YEARLY GOALS.  For more information, please email Development@hngirlscouts.org.
