  • Lobby Table Reservation

    All requests must be submitted the Wednesday before the table is needed.
  • Reservation Guidelines:

    • Requests must be submitted by Wednesday to be considered for the upcoming Sunday. 
    • Any request submitted after Wednesday will be moved to the following week.
    • Tables will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis
    • To maximize space, only 4' (four-foot) tables will be issued. Request a 6' table as an exception below .
    • To prevent hallway congestion and ensure safety, only 5 (five) tables will be used on a given Sunday (not including a guest artist/speaker table).
    • Ministry/Organization tables will be setup on the side of the hallway nearest the Education wing and bookstore (as needed)
    • Tables for guest artists/speakers will be setup near the bookstore.

     

    Setup Guidelines (Aug 2024):

    • No unmaned tables 
    • No backdrops or banners are allowed
    • No posters on the wall behind the table 
    • No glass on the table (for safety reasons)
