hr2a Liability Insurance Waiver Agreement

I do not currently have Commercial General Liability Insurance and Vehicle Liability Insurance.  I understand that I am fully responsible and liable for any damages or claims that may occur while performing work for Panhandle Pro Services, Inc.

I am in agreement to indemnify Panhandle Pro Services, Inc and all of their Clients while performing work for Panhandle Pro Services, Inc.

I fully understand and agree that Panhandle Pro Services, Inc will withhold payment in order to assist me with the purchase of the required insurance.
