All applicants must review the Reseller’s Agreement to the Hammer Nutrition Global Minimum Advertised Price Policy

By signing below, the undersigned Reseller represents that the Reseller has reviewed the Hammer Nutrition Global Minimum Advertised Price Policy, and agrees to abide by its terms as presently in effect and as may be amended from time to time. All orders are on a Credit Card or COD basis only, unless the Hammer Nutrition Credit Application and Policy have been completed and approved. Reseller agrees that Hammer Nutrition may retain reseller’s encrypted Credit Card data for future orders. Reseller acknowledges and agrees that Hammer Nutrition shall, in its sole discretion, have the right to terminate this agreement and cease to supply Hammer Nutrition products upon sixty (60) days written notice and that Hammer Nutrition shall have the right to modify its Minimum Advertised Price Policy upon thirty (30) days written notice.
