  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • Order must be return within 20 days of your purchase date, with the original receipt/packing slip and tags attached. SweetBiie requires the return of all promotional items and/or gifts included with purchase. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, or marked "SALE". Returned items must be in original, unworn condition and packaging for any exchange or credit to be processed.

    Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. SWEETBIIE is not responsible for return shipping fees or for merchandise lost or stolen during return shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

    Enclose a copy of your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging; failure to include a copy of your invoice could delay the processing of your refund or exchange. We strongly suggest that you return the items via USPS with a tracking number. Packages received after 20 days will be refused.
