*All artists/groups that are chosen to design a HeART will receive a $50 stipend for supplies as well as a 20x24 canvas for creating your design.
*Each completed canvas will be returned to and become the property of the Rome Community HeART project. The canvases will be professionally photographed and enlarged into outdoor banners (42x48) that will be installed on the outer wall of the parking deck.
*There will be a gallery exhibition of the original work during the month of February. The pieces may be sold, and all proceeds would benefit the Rome Community HeART project.
*The medium used for the piece is at the discretion of the artist.
*Attachments or textural elements are allowed on the original piece of art, just note, that the pieces are being photographed, therefore the image that goes on the parking deck will not have the same textural elements.
*Canvases will be available for pick up and stipend checks will be distributed at a date that is TBD. You will be notified by email.
*You may use the list of themes that relate to heart health as a guide for design ideas. However, your design is not limited to those themes.
