CREATION of your ONLINE REGISTRATION PLATFORM$ Free

When utilizing our online registration platform there are no fees to the race director. A calendar listing at 5Kevents.org is included. The runner pays an online transaction fee and state/local tax if required. You retain 100% of the registration fee. We pay taxes on your behalf. Proceeds collected will be distributed once $100 or more has been collected and will be mailed or direct deposited every two weeks.

SUBMIT EVENT TO NATIONAL / LOCAL / REGIONAL RACE PORTALS: $169.00

We post your event to dozens of local, national, and global websites! Syndicating in our network immediately puts your event on the screens of thousands that browse their local events calendars daily. Also, syndication will boost your event in search results making it easy for potential attendees to find accurate event information. Your event information will appear across our network of calendars and your event will be posted to relevant event listing sites.

PROMOTE YOUR EVENTS VIA EMAIL$180.00

We will promote your event via email to local and category-specific opt-in consumers for as little as $180 per 2000 unique email addresses (.09 cents per email). Your audience includes those who are interested in local Sports, Health & Fitness, Local / Community, and Running events! Targeted recipients are based on interest and location, tracked open and click reporting, and optimized for mobile & desktop. *US Market OnlySold in bulk - Quantity 1 = 2000 emails 2=4000, 3 = 6000

5Kevents Remote Runners® Program is designed to assure our charities do not lose any money on their virtual events. We take care of all the logistical details of printing, packaging and shipping to your participants for a flat fee of $25.00 per participant (INCLUDES: T-shirt printed 2 sides, 1 color, Race Medal, 1 Flyer insert (You Provide) packaging, labeling and shipping via USPS). While your team focuses on promotion, sponsorship and donations we will take care of all the administrative duties to make your virtual event a success.
