    • Additional items may be needed: These incidentals include but not limited to extension cords, portable tables, a small generator or power system (This can be as simple as plugging into your vehicle for offsite power), 10x10 tent (Will protect you and your equipment from rain), traffic cones, course markers, Clip board, Pens, Pencils,  etc. We will provide detailed list of suggested items to have on hand for race day beyond the timing package you are ordering. Most of these items people will have at home and may cost more to ship  than it would to purchase locally.

Race Ready PC, Remote or on-site Training, Integrated online registration platform to use for race registration, volunteers platform, charity platform, truss storage case, tools, timing software, RFID reader, 4 antennas, cables and stands, 150 Race bibs, 300 RFID Chips, safety pins, truss system, finish-line banner, race clock, storage bag, and more. *While our timing package is the most robust in the industry, additional items will be needed. Most people will have items on hand or they may be too expensive to ship and can be better purchased locally. These include extension cords, zip ties, misc tools (Pliers, screwdrivers, etc), 12 traffic cones or gates to create a runners chute, a power source such as a small camp generator or power supply provided on your vehicle, a small table, and chairs, 2 sandbags, rope and stakes for high wind events, a 10x10 tent in case it rains, (Can be purchased at Walmart or we can provide a custom branded tent for you), plastic bags, tape, bungee cords, hand wipes, a portable inkjet printer, and possibly other misc items as desired.
