Appointment Policies

1. limit of 3 people may attend.

2. Appointmemt starts at time slot requested and ends 30 Minutes after. Gate will be unlocked 5 mins before appointment. Please do not show up early.

3. Appointments will not run over the 30 min time slot.

4. Horse will not be ridden.

5. We will walk horse and show horse in barn. TBSH has total and exclusive authorization and say on handling,touching, involvement of horse.

6. Buyer Inquiry application must be filled out prior to appointment request.

7. $100 Non-refundable appointment fee must be paid to hold time slot and to support appointment cost.

8. Filming is not allowed on property and or during the appointment.

9. The appointment fee will be refunded only in the event TBSH cancels the appointment.

10. TBSH does not hold horses past appointment day.
