Dear Parent

Please complete the form below to apply for an onsite parking permit to use for entry to the Sports Hall Car Park.

If your application is successful, you will be issued with an access card which will allow you access to the Sports Hall Car Park during pick up times only.

Please note:
- Use of the car park is not guaranteed but is on a first come first served basis
- Please only stay parking in the car park for as long as you have to, to ensure fair use
- Your pass will expire as soon as your youngest child turns 18 months and you will need to re-apply if you have another baby.
