NEWBORN PREP GUIDE
I will read through the prep guide and follow it the best I can. Not following the prep guide will hender the newborn session and could result in less images. Please understand the session goes according to how baby is feeling.

ALL CAKE SMASH Sessions are shot on a all white set up. A round, white cake and wardrobe is provided for the session.

Please choose the dates that work best for your schedule. I will try to work around the days that you are available. Please note that I will only schedule your session once the Contract is completed & Retainer Fee is paid.
NEWBORN SESSIONS

NEWBORNS ARE ONLY SCHEDULED MONDAY - THURSDAY AT 11AM & 1PM.

{Choose a date 5-14 days after your due date}

*Choose dates that fall between the recommended guideline of 5-10 days new. Preferably closer to 5 days for the best poses.

You will be tentatively scheduled. We will accommodate the arrival of baby if you have baby earlier or later.

If you are having a boy, and you plan on having him circumcised - schedule between 7- 10 days after your due date. PLEASE GET YOUR PEDIATRICIAN'S OKAY PRIOR TO THE SESSION!
CAKE SMASH SESSIONS

SCHEDULED FRIDAYS BETWEEN 11AM - 3PM

11AM - 12PM - 1PM - 2PM - 3PM
MATERNITY, MILESTONE, & FAMILY SESSIONS

SCHEDULED MONDAY- THURSDAY AT 3PM.

Or The first Saturday of the month at 11am, 1pm, or 3pm.
OUTDOOR SESSIONS

For optimal lighting, I only shoot a couple hours before sunset. The time for to achieve this changes throughout the year.

There are 2 outdoor locations for you to choose from in the Spring area.

I ONLY OFFER WEEKEND SESSIONS ONCE A MONTH & ARE TYPICALLY BOOKED MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

You have the option to order professional prints & products through me. Standard professinal prints and canvases are also available through your private online gallery.

The minimum requirement to place an order is $100, when ordering through me.

There is NO MINIMUM requirement when ordering through your online gallery.

LATE POLICY

It is extremely important you come at your scheduled time. In most cases, I have sessions before & after another session.

If you are late, the time is deducted from your session and I can not guarantee we will get every shot. This could result in less images in your final gallery.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session is cancelled.

I hereby grant Amber Star Photography the right to use all digital negatives and/or reproductions from my photo session for display, publication, related website and blog use, contest entry, and/or peer review. I understand that although I have full rights to print and share the images which result from my session in any way and in any medium, they remain the intellectual property of Amber Star Photography
YOUR SESSION IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL THE RETAINER FEE IS PAID.

Your INVOICE & CONTRACT are due within 48 hours.

After it expires, you will need to conatct me to schedule a new date or to see if the original date is still available.
