Please Note: If you're an existing dog walking customer looking to schedule a dog walk, you do not have to fill out this form - please use the Pet Check Technology scheduling portal.
"On Demand" is the most flexible type of service. Walks are available on short notice and there is no minimum walk requirement. This option has the highest price per walk, however.
"Committed Customer" means that you commit to a minimum of one walk per week, with the option to have as many as you prefer! This is our most popular option.
"Recurring Discount" is for customers who will consistently need five walks per week every week. This option offers the lowest cost per walk, but the least scheduling flexibility.
Additional information can be found on our website!
Please keep in mind that our earliest service window is 7:00am-9:00am and our latest service window is 6:00pm-8:00pm. This means that a dog walker could technically come to see your dog as late as 8:59am in the morning and as early as 6:01pm in the evening. For many dogs this is just fine, but for other dogs a potential gap between 6:01pm in the evening and 8:59am in the morning is too long between relief breaks. We understand that, and if you have one of those dogs we suggest hiring an in home overnight pet sitter or boarding your dog to avoid the stress for everyone involved.
Thank you so much for your interest in Patrick's Pet Care. Because of the number of animals that need care, we would ask that you get in touch with us directly to make sure that we can accommodate them.
You can our Manager on Duty directly at 202-630-7387, or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
E-keys such as those made by Kevo and Schlague are fine, and our staff is trained to use them. However, they electronic key must be configured in such a way that a manager can also get into the residence to do the walk in the event of a short notice staff sick day.
Patrick's Pet Care does not provide service to residences where the only means of access is an outdoor, unmonitored, combination lockbox. We don't consider them secure and their use is not covered by our insurance policies. Many of these lockboxes also have a habit of freezing shut in the winter months, which causes considerable delays to our staff. If a lockbox is the only means of gaining access to your home, we would respectfully refer you elsewhere.
