We in the Fellowship Advising Office (FAO) are glad you are interested in pursuing a prestigious nationally competitive award! If this award is listed in the below drop-down menu, you must first submit a campus, or institutional endorsement, application to FAO. If you receive endorsement, you will then be eligible to apply for the award.
Note: The Boren Scholarship and Boren Fellowship do not require endorsement. However, we strongly recommend that applicants to these two awards submit an endorsement application to FAO by the fall campus deadline so that we can provide a guaranteed campus representative evaluation on the applicant's behalf. Please contact FAO with any questions about this process.
Please carefully read and answer the following questions. This submission form is used to help FAO better understand its applicant pool. Information and content from this form may be used, along with other endorsement application materials, to compile press information if your application is endorsed and should your application progress in the national competition. The relevant North Carolina State University (NCSU) selection committees may also view this form's content, but will select endorsees based on the strength of their written endorsment application materials.
If you have questions, contact FAO by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 919-515-8391.
