Sessions are 20 minutes long and are booked back to back. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We are not responsible for late arrivals.

You will be assigned a time slot and given the address to the location in Downingtown Pa after booking.

Please allow two weeks for images to be processed. 

Package included the following:

10 fully-edited images to choose from

2 digital negative with personal printing permissions

2 mounted and matted prints- fits an 11x14 frame

The $295 plus tax is due to book your session. This is a non-refundeable retainer. In the event of inclement weather your session will be rescheduled during the month of November. 

I hereby give to Kate Mazzi Photography the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself and/or my minor child in which he/she may be included with others:

a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.

I certify that I'm atleast 18 years of age. I have read this portrait agreement and I fully understand it's contents thereof. I agree that I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibility for such.
