WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Front Runners Fort Lauderdale from all cost, expense, and liability arising from my participation in its events. I hereby waive all claims for damage or loss to me or my property which may be caused by any act, or failure to act by the club, its officers, or volunteers arising directly or indirectly from my participation in activities; and I hereby assume liability for any loss, damage, or other liability. I understand that private training arranged with other members or officers of the club are not official club activities unless explicitly stated as such and published on the club calendar.
Furthermore, I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by Front Runners Fort Lauderdale of any and all photographs and/or video that have been taken of me at their events for any purpose, without compensation to me or my assignees. All images and digital files are owned by Front Runners Fort Lauderdale, who reserves the right to use these photographs and/or video.
