Please ensure prior to completing this form that you have read and understand the Information for Applications for Nepean FA's Application for Financial Assistance from the Ground Maintenance & Facilities Development Fund by a Nepean FA Club that has been sent separately to you.
It is important if you have quotes or other reports that form part of your application, that you have them ready to submit within this application. If they are not submitted with the application, the assessment will not start until they are received. If you have difficulty uploading the documents required, please email them to admin@nepeanfootball.com.au immediately after submitting the application.
When making your application it is important to note that the association will rarely provide funds to a club who is not making some level of financial contribution to their intended project. In some very rare instances, where a committee may have inherited a financially mismanaged club, some consideration may be given to a grant without matched funding, however, in these instances, the applicant club must be able to support their position with documented financial proof.
