Confidentiality Agreement

This Agreement isbetween The Producer whose name is stated below (herein is referred to as The Producer) and Smooth Media Production (on behalf of 94.2 Blazin Radio (SMP)

 

Confidentiality Agreement States the Following:

Any information obtained, presented or provided to The Producer from or pertaining to 94.2 Blazin,and their projects, companies or subsidiaries while working with The Producer  is to remain within and under strict confidential agreement.

All information that is not published or said to be such public work must remain confidential to be discussed within the scopes of marketing andpromotion  or  specified by SMP or company appointed representative(s) by SMP.

Any documentation of The Producer that is not published publicly or distributed publicly is to remain strictly confidential within individual, company, subsidiaries assigned to or requested by.

Certain documentation may also be held confidential where only certain commuinty members, executives, staff members, affiliates or others may have access to. In that case, the partiese will not discuss said information with others outside the scope of their participation, unless further directed by 94.2 Blazin Representative. 

Anyone trying to obtain unauthorized access is PROHIBITED.

Any ideas, creations or work provided or presented by The Producer that contributes to 94.2 Blazin, is the sole intellectual property of The Producer.

The Producer agrees, any ideas, creations or work provided or presented by 94.2 Blazin, is the sole intellectual property of the    94.2 Blazin.

In full disclosure all information, about any projects, pricing, company and miscellaneous information, etc. provided by  94.2 Blazin or contributors, affiliates or subsidiaries is to remain strictly confidential.

 Any documentation of said individual, project, company, subsidiaries or clients that is not published publicly or distributed publicly is to remain strictly confidential within the service, project or requested tasks assigned to and returned upon request. Certain documentation may also be held confidential where only certain community members, executives, staff members, affiliates or others may have access. In that case, will not discuss said information with others outside the scope of their participation, unless further directed by a ranking executive assigned rank by SMP.  Anyone trying to obtain unauthorized access is PROHIBITED.

Any ideas, creations or work provided or presented by the producer while working with 94.2 Blazin, is the sole intellectual property of the producer. SMP shall have rights to use said suggested ideas without caution.  Any ideas created by SMP will remain in full rights and credit to SMP.

The producer agrees, in full disclosure all information, pricing, company and miscellaneous information, etc. provided on behalf of, about, or in conjunction with SMP projects, affiliates or subsidiaries confidential, except where information is of public nature by SMP.

Marketing / Promotion

As an independent producer you are totally responsible for the marketing and promotion of your program. 94.2 Blazin will also offer programming support in marketing and promotion along with Creative Digital Branding (C.D.R) at an additional cost of $100 per year to build a stronger brand. (C.D.R is an option of your choice and not a requirement).

This portion describes Creative Digital Branding (C.D.R), Programming Support, Show Schedule/Broadcast Time and payment options.

Show Schedule / Broadcast Time. Are base on open day and time. The Producer can pick select date and time that his/her show will air each week.

94.2 Blazin will provide each show with Programming Support at no additional fees:

·         Daily post of radio show on 94.2 Blazin social media pages such as Facebook etc

·         Link or Show Web Page on 94.2 Blazin website

·         Archived for On-Demand Streaming

·         Press Release Debut of show

Creative Digital Branding (C.D.R)

·         Two (2) 30 second audio commercial

·         Imaging Branding

·         Digital Video Testimonial

·         Cross Promotion of Shows

·         E-Blast

·         Press Pass

·         Daily post of radio show on 94.2 Blazin social media pages such as Facebook etc

·         Daily post of event on 94.2 Blazin social media pages such as Facebook etc

·         Link or Show Web Page on 94.2 Blazin website

·         Archived for On-Demand Streaming

·         Press Release

1 Hour Time Slots - $100.00 MONTHLY (No Experience Needed)
 
2 Hour Time Slots - $135.00 MONTHLY (Most Popular)   
 
3 Hour Time Slots - $200.00 MONTHLY (2 yrs. or More Experience Hosting Own Show)

 

All present and future agreements between the parties are covered under the confidentiality terms of this agreement, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing under a superseding agreement. It is fully understood that this agreement is valid worldwide and throughout where permissible. Parties also fully understand the nature of said agreement and agree to all the above stated terms of this confidentiality agreement and understand that this agreement is binding in a court of law.
