PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Becky Klotthor with Be Closer Photography to photograph myself and/or my underage children. I hereby grant Be Closer Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, advertising, and any other purposes; to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Be Closer Photography from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. I recognize that this session is my choice, and if any accidents or injury takes place, I do not hold the photographer/Be Closer Photography liable for expenses incurred or possible injury.*

COPYRIGHT: As a client of Be Closer Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Be Closer Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Becky Klotthor, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the photographer's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited print release is supplied with the purchase of any digital files to print for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests, using for business advertisement), selling or altering your images without the photographer's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*

By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.

A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking in order to reserve your portrait session. ALL PRINTS AND PRODUCTS ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. Sessions done and products sold within the State of Idaho are subject to a 6% sales tax. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation with less than a 48 hour notice. Re-scheduling may occur if you give at least 48-hour notice. Becky cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but does her best to accommodate. Re-scheduling of the date due to bad weather may occur at photographer's discretion only.
