Please complete the Online Registration Form. When we receive the registration, we will place a temporary hold for a table in your name.
Please mail a check in the amount of $30 Non-Refundable deposit within 10 days of registration. Include the event date in the memo on your check. The balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event.
If we have not received the final payment 60 prior to the event, we will place your name on the waitlist and release the temporary hold for the table. We can not guarantee a table while on the waitlist up to the event and you may lose your deposit.
Please mail check (for full amount) payable to Cathy. Mail to... 3S101 Rockwell Street #436, Warrenville, IL 60555. We will email a confirmation as soon we reserve your table.
WAITLIST: If you want to be placed on a waitlist that is sold out, place a check mark next to the date as if your were ordering. The balance for that event will be 0 for that order. The system will place you on the list. Do not send payment if the the total due says 0. If you ordered an event for a waitlist and ordered an event that is not full on the same order form, you will only be charged for the non wait listed event. Please wait until we notify you that a table has opened. This is a first come first serve list. Once the first person on the list has been notified via email, they will have 24 hours to reply. If we do not receive a reply, we will go to the next in line, etc. If you would like a phone call instead of an email, please let us know by emailling us. If you have friends/family who have confirmed reservations and are attending the event, please let us know via email.
