    Cash Handling Policy 

     

    • Doors MUST be locked when counting cash at the end of the day
    • No one other than Team V.I.P 716 Inc. employees are to be in the store when counting cash at the end of the day  
    • Cash skims must be done throughout the day when your drawer is over the designated amount assigned by management
    • Do NOT do cash skims while customers are in or around the store
    • You should always close your drawer leaving it at the designated amount assigned by management
    • If your drawer audit is short, reach out to management immediately & put comments in the cash out field at the end of your shift. FAILURE to put comments on your cash out for any shortages may result in termination of your employment.
    • You are responsible for all money taken in your drawer. ANY shortages that incur during your shift may result in termination of your employment Unless approved by senior management



     

  • Crew app

    The Crew App is our primary use of communication throughout the company. Important information regarding new promotions, updates, contests etc. are communicated using this app. It is MANDATORY all employee’s use this. If for some reason you don’t have access to this app notify management as soon as possible.

    • Using this app is a requirement
    • Messaging not concerning the business of Team V.I.P 716 Inc. is not allowed
    • Must be active throughout your shift & assist co-workers with help when needed.
    • Coupon discount codes must be requested from management on crew with a valid reason why it is needed
    • Failure to login & use during your shift can result in disciplinary action

    Policies & Procedures

     

    1.       You must report to your assigned store & clock in no earlier than 5 minutes & no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled time unless approved by senior management.

     

    2.       You must remember to clock in & out of your assigned shift.

     

    3.       If you have customers wanting to come in early or stay after your scheduled hours you MUST get approval from senior management

     

    4.       No calls, no show will result in termination of your employment.

     

    5.       You must obey instructions from your manager.

     

    6.       You must pay attention oto each transaction very carefully. (Payment types, amount must be correct)

     

    7.       Drawer shortages are your responsibility & must be paid back unless approved by senior management

     

    8.       Employee theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

     

    9.       If you are scheduled to work more than 6 hours a day & 2 employee's are in the store, you might be required to take a 1hr lunch break. (Reach out to management before you do)

     

    10.   You must keep the store clean and neat at all times. (Don’t leave food, snacks or drinks in the store overnight!) 

     

    11.   You cannot eat in front of customers during your break. And you must take your food in the break room. Do not put soft drinks or water bottle on top of the counter.

     

    12.   No personal calls or personal text messages allowed during your scheduled work hours. Only emergency calls are allowed.

     

    13.   You cannot have casual conversation with your friends or relatives during your scheduled shift. (friends or family members or boy/girlfriends cannot hang around store during your scheduled shift.)

     

    14.   Unacceptable attire includes:

    ·                Flip flop / sandals

    ·                Torn, stained, dirty, faded, discolored, patched, ripped, frayed clothing

    ·                Reveling or skin-tight pants, etc., are not acceptable

    ·                Clothes with offensive slogans or pictures, e.g., profanity and nude or seminude Pictures, offensive gesture, suggestive cartoons

     

    15.   NEVER have an argument with customer. Do your best to control the situation in a non-aggressive manner. Reach out to management if needed

     

    16.   Non-job related computer usage is prohibited. Business computers are not to be used for entertainment or school educational purposes

     

    17.   If you call in sick for more than 2 days, you must bring a doctor’s note.

     

    18.   Always be aware that the company can transfer you to different location where your employment is needed.

    19. School work or studying is not allowed during your work shift. No books, backpacks, paperwork or laptops are allowed in the store. During down time login to insight. It is the best studying tool to gain knowledge & information about the products & services we sell

  • EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF BEING

    A ONE-SHIFT EMPLOYEE

  • One Employee Shift

     

    In some instances, where only one person is on duty or is the only one in a specific occupation or location, it is customary for the employee to eat on the job without being relieved. The Department of Labor will accept these special situations as compliance with Section 162 where the employee voluntarily consents to the arrangements. However, an uninterrupted meal period must be afforded to every employee who requests this from an employer.

     

     

    I understand that there will be times during my employment with Team V.I.P 716 Inc. when I would be scheduled as the only person on duty. I understand as a one employee shift there will be instances when I would eat on the job without being relieved.

    If I require an uninterrupted meal period I understand that I should request for one from my employer with adequate advance notice.

     

     

    I agree with all the above mentioned and consent to being scheduled as a one shift employee, and will request for any uninterrupted meal period in advance.

    CHARGE-BACK AGREEMENT  

  •        I agree from this day forward that I am subject to be issued charge-backs for any missing or misplaced items of inventory or cash from the store location I am positioned. I am aware that I will be charged the full retail price for all merchandise and / or store property that is considered missing or misplaced on my behalf. I understand, I will not be able to contest these charge-backs unless there is tangible evidence that supports the accusation of another person or persons.

  • As a new hire, I understand that I will be on probation for the first ninety (90) days of my employment with Team V.I.P 716 Inc.

      I understand that if my employer discharges me for unsatisfactory work performance, I will not have any account charged for any unemployment benefits; I might be eligible for the future.

    I understand that during this 90-day probation I am not eligible for commission. During my 90 days, my performance will be evaluated & at the end it will be determined if I am a fit for the company & will receive commissioned sales.

    I also understand that if my performance within my 90 days is exceptional & I am a top performer in the company it can be lifted within or after the first 30 days of employment.

     I will recognize and accept as a term of hire a 90 days' probationary period as an employee of Team V.I.P 716 Inc. I also understand that if my job performance is unacceptable that includes but not limit to lack of performance, absenteeism, tardiness, disobedience, rudeness to customer, and cash register money shortage, I may be terminated during this period

    INTERNET AND COMPUTER USAGE POLICY

  •  Policy Statement

     The use of Team V.I.P 716 Inc. (Company) systems, including computers, fax machines and all forms of Internet/Intranet access, is for company business only.

  • Internet Usage 

     The streaming of music and video from the internet is NOT allowed as it consumes valuable bandwidth that is needed for our system to run at top performance. The only acceptable use for company computers & internet access is for business related to Team V.I.P 716 Inc.

    Personal Computers / Laptops

    Employees are not permitted to bring personal computers to the workplace or connect them to Company internet systems unless expressly permitted to do so by the Company. Any employee bringing a personal computing device onto Company premises thereby gives permission to the Company to inspect the personal computer at any time with personnel of the Company’s choosing and to analyze any files, other data, or data storage media that may be within or connectable to the person in question. Employees who do not want such inspections to be done on their personal computers should not bring them to work at all.

     Violation of this policy, or failure to permit an inspection of any device covered by this policy, shall result in disciplinary action, up to and possibly including immediate termination of employment. In addition, the employee may face both civil and criminal liability from the Company or from individuals whose rights are harmed by the violation.

    Excessive Use

    Use is defined as “excessive” if it interferes with normal job functions, responsiveness, or the ability to perform daily job activities. Electronic communication should not be used to solicit or sell products or services that are unrelated to the Company’s business; distract, intimidate, or harass coworkers or third parties; or disrupt the workplace.

     Use of Company computers, networks, and Internet access is a privilege granted by the company. Conduct carried out on any of our systems listed below are not allowed, including, but not limited to:

    •  Sending chain letters or participating in any way in the creation or transmission of unsolicited commercial e-mail (“spam”) that is unrelated to legitimate Company purposes.
    • Engaging in private or personal business activities, including excessive use of instant messaging and chat rooms (see below);
    • Misrepresenting oneself or the Company;
    • Violating the laws and regulations of the United States or any other nation or any state, city, province, or other local jurisdiction in any way;
    • Engaging in unlawful or malicious activities;
    • Deliberately propagating any virus, worm, Trojan horse, trap-door program code, or other code or file designed to disrupt, disable, impair, or otherwise harm either the Company’s networks or systems or those of any other individual or entity;
    • Installing or downloading software/programs or connecting any external devices not owned by the company
    • Using abusive, profane, threatening, racist, sexist, or otherwise objectionable language in either public or private messages;
    • Sending, receiving, or accessing pornographic materials;
    • Becoming involved in partisan politics;
    • Causing congestion, disruption, disablement, alteration, or impairment of Company networks or systems;
    • Maintaining, organizing, or participating in non-work-related Web logs (“blogs”), Web journals, “chat rooms”, or private/personal/instant messaging;
    • Failing to log off any secure, controlled-access computer or other form of electronic data system to which you are assigned, if you leave such computer or system unattended;
    • Using for recreational games
    • Defeating or attempting to defeat security restrictions on company systems and application.

     Using Company systems to access, create, view, transmit, or receive racist, sexist, threatening, or otherwise objectionable or illegal material is strictly prohibited. “Material” is defined as any visual, textual, or auditory entity. Such material violates the Company anti-harassment policies and is subject to disciplinary action. The Company’s electronic mail system, Internet access, and computer systems must not be used to violate the laws and regulations of the United States or any other nation or any state, city, province, or other local jurisdiction in any way. Use of the Company resources for illegal activity can lead to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal and criminal prosecution. The Company will comply with reasonable requests from law enforcement and regulatory agencies for logs, diaries, archives, or files on individual Internet activities, e-mail use, and/or computer use.

    Unless specifically granted in this policy, any non-business use of the Company’s systems is expressly forbidden. If you violate these policies, you can be subject to disciplinary action including termination with the company.
