I have read and understand the above Girl Scout Financial Assistance Guidelines and I understand that financial assistance is available for individual girls who may otherwise not be able to participate and have a true financial need. If I have already purchased necessary uniform basics or paid for an event, I understand that this form is not a means for a refund of previously-purchased items and/or registrations for events.

A First Aider is required for specific activities. Refer to the Volunteer Essentials Manual and Safety Activity Checkpoints to determine when a First Aider is needed:Safety Activity Checkpoints Link
In planning, troop leaders must first consult these publications for specific emergency procedures and first aid standards and guidelines for each activity. Leaders are responsible for keeping their certification records, First Aid/ CPR verification is not kept on record at the Service Center.
First Aid/ CPR must be kept up to date as required by the sponsoring organization.
The CPR training must be adequate for the participants in the activity covered by the First Aider. For example: child CPR for children younger than 8 and adult CPR for older girls.
Reimbursement is given on a need basis and reimburses for ½ of the cost, not to exceed $30. Troops are encouraged to use troop funds for all or part of the fee.
