Violation Inquiry / Safety Concern
Use this form to file a complaint of a property of Amity Township where you feel a violation of the Amity Township Code of Ordinances or Int'l Property Maintenance Code is occuring or there is an unsafe condition. Amity Township Code Enforcement acts on a complaint-driven policy. A formal complaint must be filed for the Code Dept to begin an investigation.
