QRU is seeking to receive all EOIs by the end of January 2017 for review however reserves the right to extend this time based on the feedback received via this process and as required.
QRU is under no obligation to proceed with any proposal. QRU reserves the right to make whatever decision it deems appropriate in its discretion and will not be liable for any costs incurred by respondents or be liable for any claims made by respondents.
QRU reserves the right in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons to, at any time:
- amend the process set out in this document or any information provided in this document or otherwise. Such amendment may include cancellation, variation or supplementation of the process or information;
- cease discussions with any or all respondents;
- reject any proposal submitted;
- deal with one or more respondents exclusively at any time before or after the end of the process;
- not disclose details of competing proposals; or
- disclose a respondent’s contact details to other respondents to facilitate discussions amongst respondent groups.
While every effort is made to provide accurate and completion information, QRU does not warrant or represent that the information that it provides in connection with the Precinct or the EOI process (whether in written form or verbally) is free from errors or omissions or is suitable for the respondents intended use. QRU is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct or indirect) incurred by respondents as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in information. Respondents must make and rely on their own investigations and satisfy themselves in relation to all aspects of the subject matter of the EOI.
