Softball BC Liability Insurance Request

Softball BC will forward this request to the insurance provider to have the Certificate of Insurance prepared. The Certificate preparation is not done by Softball BC Office staff so please submit your requests well in advance of the start of your training or fundraising event to avoid delays. Requests are processed as time permits for our insurance provider and is dependent on their workload. Please allow 7-10 days for processing your request.
