By clicking submit and sending us your order, you authorize that you are the card holder and you authorize Steamboat Grocery Mom to shop on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly for items purchased plus our 30% service fee.
By submitting my order I understand it is my sole responsibly to provide SGM with the correct address, unit number and management company or contact person to access my unit, failure to do so could result in my order NOT being delivered and an extra fee of $50 for SGM to figure it out for me. If I provide the wrong information for delivery and SGM can not deliver I will still be charge for my groceries. I understand that SGM closes at 5:30pm and deliveries not be made after that time.
Your card will be charged the delivery fee of $24 plus tax when your order is confirmed thus reserving your delivery date. Your card will be charged the final grocery total upon completion of shopping for your order. If delivery was collected from your lodging, that $24 plus tax collected here will be deducted from final grocery bill. Orders cancelled within 7 days of trip will be charged delivery fee.
If you do not receive a "Thank You" notification after hitting submit your order wasn't processed. SGM will ALWAYS personally email you after an order was received within 24 hrs. If you don't get an email from us check your JUNK mail, if still nothing CALL US. Please call us if you did not get this confirmation screen.
