Deposits/shipping/payments
Puppies are reserved with a deposit. Deposits are $500 and can be paid through Pay pal with any major credit card; you only need an email address and Credit Card to use their services. Once Backbone Bullies receives your deposit the puppy will be marked and considered sold. Due to the amount of internet fraud we require that full payment is made by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choose basis.
Monies are NON REFUNDABLE. Except in cases of premature death, prior to the delivery of your puppy. If you change your mind or do not want the puppy you paid for you agree to forfeit any money already paid. Certain circumstances will always be taken into account, however for the most part we do not refund monies. Backbone Bullies reserves the right to refuse to sell and/or terminate the sale of a puppy at any point in the purchase process. Of Backbone Bullies terminates the purchase agreement, you will be issued a full refund through Pay Pal.
Shipping for pups twenty pounds or less costs $250-$300 depending on method of shipping. We ship by ground or air. We require shipping to be paid before shipping arrangements are made.
Buyer agrees to pick up puppy by the time it is eight weeks old, or the puppy to be shipped by eight weeks. After eight weeks there will be a $75 per week boarding charge, plus other expenses if buyer is not able to pick up the puppy, unless we have an agreement to hold your pup for you. Two weeks or more with no attempt to make arrangements with Backbone Bullies will end in an automatic forfeiture of the puppy and any payments that were made on the puppy.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with all health, shot, and worming records. The purebred IOEBA temporary registration will be mailed along with health records.
Backbone Bullies agrees to warranty this puppy for 90 days from the date of reservation from any illness that is genetically related. We agree to replace the defective puppy with a puppy of comparable quality and price, as determined by the seller. The buyer must make the seller aware within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. The replacement puppy will be delivered to the buyer from the next available litter, after the safe return of the original puppy. All transportation cost and veterinary expenses of the original puppy, as well as the replacement puppy will be the responsibility of the buyer. The seller does not extend this policy related to common or insignificant short term conditions. These include but are not limited to, parasites, simple bacterial infections (round-worms, coccidian, giardia, hookworms, etc.), flees, small scratches, scrapes of bites from other puppies or coughs that are deemed short term and easily treated. The opinion of the sellers vet is to be considered final regarding non-genetic illnesses and cannot jeopardize the seller if the puppy is mis-diagnosed by buyers vet.
The buyer will have 5 days upon discovery of genetic defect to return the puppy to the seller’s closest airport. Failure to return the puppy to the seller within 5 days is construed to reflect that the buyer is satisfied with the puppy’s health and absolves the seller from responsibility of replacement of the puppy.
Our warranty does not cover hips. There are a few reasons we exclude hips from coverage.
- Because of the angularity and frame structure of Bulldogs, a person could make the case that every Bulldog (in theory) is dysplastic to a degree.
- There are a few factors other than genetics that contribute to Dysplasia. Including, but not limited to the slope that a dog lives on, the floor surface, the activities the dog participates in.
We represent our puppies as being suitable as pets only. We make no claim that they are suited as breedeing or show dogs and offer no compensation for circumstances of characteristics that limit the dogs ability to be bred of be competitively shown.
If your dog is used in any sort of illegal activity (i.e. dog fighting), or mistreated, malnourished, abused or not taken care of, the warranty is completely void.
By submitting this contract, you agree to the following: If there comes a time in your life when you need to get rid of your Backbone Bullies Bulldogge, Backbone Bullies retains the right of first refusal. This means that if you are getting rid of your bully, for any reason, you must first contact us and give us the opportunity purchase the dog back at an agreed upon price. This Warranty and contract is not transferable from the original purchaser.
The buyer also agrees to maintain up to date vaccines, worming and keep the dog/pup in humans conditions, Providing the proper food, water and shelter.
