Election Video
If you are running for an executive board position (President-Elect, secretary, treasurer) please see the directions below about recording and sharing a 2-minute maximum video speech to be posted to the election website.
If you are running for a drop- down position, please see the same directions below about recording and sharing a 1-minute maximum video speech to be posted on the election website.
For those running for an executive position and a drop- down position, the same video used for the executive position can be submitted for both.
Either speech should address the following questions: Why is it important to you to be involved in AMWA? What are your goals and hopes for AMWA? What are your qualifications? What do you plan to do for AMWA members in your elected role?
Instructions:
(1) Create a vimeo account
(2) Record yourself giving a 2 minute maximum election speech and upload the video to your vimeo account. (Mac: tutorial for imovie; PC: Camera App; You can also use your phone)
(3) Make your video private by clicking on the "privacy" tab and selecting "only people with a password."
(4) create a password (that you are comfortable sharing) and save your changes.
(5) submit the link to your video and the password below.
