Please read these notes to help us handle your request for a certificate with the minimum delay.

The certificates we issue could be used in law, and for this reason it is important that we verify the information as fully as possible.

We understand that filling in forms can seem like a waste of time, but it is vitally important that our process is as complete and accurate as possible.

In order to issue a Certificate of Supply*, we need to be able to determine if the quantity of fire retardant/resistant coating purchased can achieve the required fire rating for the specified area.

NOTE -
MANY QUESTIONS "MUST" BE ANSWERED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED IF A "REQUIRED" QUESTION IS NOT ANSWERED.

FIRE CERTIFICATION ADMIN FEE - £5 + VAT

The £5 charge is an administration and processing fee for staff time spent reviewing order details, checking specification eligibility, and preparing certificate documentation. Fire certification is provided at no additional charge where the correct Thermoguard product(s) and specification criteria are met.

This fee is non-refundable and applies even if a certificate cannot be issued due to incomplete/incorrect application information or where the product(s) purchased do not meet the required specification for certification.
