* Booth fees are $115 for a 10'x10' space plus a non-refundable $25 selection committee fee. Booth fee includes a 10'x10' area for your booth. If you would like a 10'x20' booth space please select that option and $125 will be added to your fee total.
* If you are a member of Blissfest, your jury fee will be waived.
* All applications are due in the Blissfest Music Organizations business office, 522 Liberty St., Unit A., Petoskey, MI 49770, no later than March 15, 2017. Applications not received by the business office by that date will not be included in the selection committee process and therefore will not be eligible as a 2017 Craft Vendor.
* The Craft selection committee meets in early April. Successful applicants will be notified of their status via email shortly after the selection committee makes it selection. Please make sure you provide us with an accurate email address. If you do not have an email address we will attempt to contact you by phone at the number provided on this application.
*REFUNDS - Selection committee fees are non-refundable. Booth fees will be refunded if you are not selected.
