Community Photos

Up to 4 photos of community areas such as entry gate, park, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, golf, etc, are included upon request.* Contact us to scheduled a separate appointment if more than 4 community photos are needed. Agent or homeowner should make arrangements in advance with the HOA for access and permission to photograph these areas.

(*Limit: 2 driving locations, maximum 4 photos. Areas must be accessible to the photographer at the time of the shoot and locations must be communicated in advance if they are not visible between the community entry and the subject property. The photographer will not search for amenities if locations were not provided. The photographer cannot photograph people using the pool and fitness area. Photographer will use best efforts to capture usable photos of these areas but cannot wait or make a return trip to re-shoot common areas.)

4-10 aerial images with custom call out labels, estimated boundary lines or shading included on 2-3 images upon request. Aerial video footage included only if combined with a video walkthrough tour. Add ~20 minutes to shoot time. May increase editing/processing by 1 day for custom labels or boundaries.

3D Home tour with interactive floor plan comes with unbranded link to the virtual tour and floor plan. Publish to the MLS or share over email, text, and social media.
