    1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participating in the Yoga & Wellness Offerings and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation in the Yoga & Wellness Offerings (Classes/Workshops/Events/Trainings/Retreats).
    2. I understand that I will be participating in Yoga & Wellness classes, health programs and/or workshops, events, trainings (collectively, the “Yoga & Wellness Offerings”) offered by One Yoga for All LLC during which I will receive information and instruction about Yoga, Wellness and health. These classes may entail intensive physical activity and exertion by me. I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of and accept any risks and hazards involved. 
    3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga & Wellness Offerings, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries or damages known or unknown which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participation. I, my heirs, successors, assigns and/or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to bring a cause of action against or hold responsible in any way One Yoga for All LLC, its instructors, employees, staff, officers, directors or shareholders and/or the landlord of any premises at which it may operate, for any injury, condition or death, which arises, is caused by, or is aggravated by reason of my participation in the Yoga Classes.
    4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Yoga Classes, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have or acquire against One Yoga for All LLC, its instructors, employees, staff, officers, directors or shareholders, or the landlord or any premises at which it may operate, or any injury, condition or damages that I may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating in the Yoga Classes. 
    5. The tuition paid herewith and any participation fees paid hereafter are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions are only considered if injury and/or health condition occurs and an official doctor's note is provided.
      Cancellations. I understand that there are no refunds for cancellations and/or no shows. I understand that I have two hours prior to the start of the offering (group class/ workshops) to reschedule and/or cancel reservation or it will be considered a no show. I hereby agree that if I don't show for a reserved offering (group class / workshop), my package/membership will be charged. If my membership is a subscription and I accumulate two or more no shows my payment date will be updated by one day earlier. I hereby agree that if I cancel instead of reschedule my reservation, I have thirty days to request a Sign up/ reservation, equivalent to original offering, via email. I hereby agree, that there are no refunds, reschedules or extensions for any cancellations without written requests to reschedule in a thirty day period. Reschedules are honored for up to 30 days.
      One on One, personalized offerings:  I understand that I have 24 hours before the scheduled starting time of personalized offerings to reschedule/cancel without penalty.
      If cancelling occurs within the 24 hours period, I understand I am not entitled to refunds, reschedules nor extension. I understand that there will be no refunds, reschedules or extensions for any personalized sessions and/or package.
    6. Memberships and Subscriptions:
      I understand that my credit card is saved on file for Subscriptions only by One Yoga for All LLC’s chosen Point of Sale vendor, Square LLC, for automatic monthly charges. I authorize One Yoga for All LLC to charge my credit credit card on file for as long as my subscription is active. I understand that I can cancel my subscription online at any time, and that there are no refunds nor extensions for Subscriptions nor Memberships.
    7. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform the instructor(s) at One Yoga for All LLC of any previous medical conditions, injuries, surgeries or if I am pregnant prior to my first class and at such other times as I acquire information as to same.
    8. I understand that One Yoga for All LLC Yoga studio may provide an area for personal belongings to be held during class, however, I agree that One Yoga for All LLC, is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of my belongings while I attend any programs, classes or workshops.
    9. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against One Yoga for All LLC, its instructors, employees, officers, directors or shareholders, or the landlord of the premises by reason of their refusal to allow me to participate in the Yoga Classes /  offerings.
    10. I understand that One Yoga for All LLC is in contract with the instructors, master teachers, event planners, cleaners, et al, at the studio. Therefore, I will contact One Yoga for All LLC directly for privates, events, and/or offerings pertaining to the contractors, et al, in an effort to not jeopardize existing contracts.
    11. I understand that there is security cameras in the premises of One Yoga for All LLC.
    12. I understand that there is a cOMmUNITY Guidance and Studio Guidance at One Yoga for All LLC, and I will review and abide by these guidelines.
    13. I understand that One Yoga for All LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason: We reserve the right to terminate or deny membership for an indeterminate amount of time if a client has an unsatisfactory payment history.
      Inappropriate and or disrespectful behavior from clients will not be tolerated in any manner. Discrimination nor any kind of oppression is tolerated.
      Respect must be part of your journey with us.
    14. I understand that One Yoga for All LLC is committed to my safety and best Yoga & Wellness experience. Therefore, I commit to reviewing and adhering to One Yoga for All LLC's cOMmUNITY guidance (https://oneyogaforall.com/blog/community-guidance) at all times. 
      I understand this is the third year in a global pandemic (as of January 2023) and therefore, I comply to agreeing and adhering to One Yoga for All LLC's pandemic and cOMmUNITY guidance.
