ASU TEST PREP GRAD PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION FORM

Self-paced test preparation courses for the GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT are offered at a discounted rate to eligible ASU faculty, staff, and alumni. In order to qualify for ASU’s Grad Prep Program, powered by The Princeton Review, a student must meet and/or complete all of the following requirements:
- Alumni must provide The Princeton Review with verification of graduation via his or her ASU unofficial transcript.
- Faculty and staff must provide The Princeton Review with a copy of a paystub dated within the last 30-days.
- Children and spouses of faculty, staff, and alumni are also eligible for a discount. Please send the appropriate form to verify your status to qualify for family discounts.
