Registrar's Office - Replacement Degree Request

Graduates may order replacement degrees by submitting the form below. The completed form will be electronically sent to the Law School Registrar’s Office. Beginning with the May 2018 graduating class, Juris Doctor degrees are 11" X 14" in size. All prior degrees are 17” X 21” in size. The fee for a replacement degree is $60, and you will be directed to a payment page after completing the form below. The form is necessary to place the order and verify attendance and graduation from Duquesne Kline School of Law. It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to have a degree produced, printed, and mailed to our office. If you have any questions, please feel free to call (412) 396-6295/2268.
