My mixes are made from all natural ingredients.... Flour, salted butter, sugar, baking powder and baking soda are the five base ingredients for all my mixes. I use essential oils such as lemon, orange, cherry, mint ect... to flavor the mixes.
Gluten Free mixes are made with Bob's Gluten Free Flour and the rest of the above mentioned ingredients.
Vegan/ Gluten Free mixes are made with Bob's Gluten Free Flour and Earth Balance Butter Subsitiute and the rest of the ingredients.
THE BUTTER IS IN THE MIX SO IT MUST BE REFRIDGERATED!!!!!! If you haven't made your mix by the butter date on the back of the bag, simply store in the freezer and the mix will stay good for an entire year past the butter date.
