HESI Admission Assessment (A2) Registration Form
You may pay now via PayPal using your credit/debit card OR pay the $100 fee in Student Services on the Harrison or Mt. Pleasant Campus. Payment must be complete BEFORE your scheduled assessment time.

On your scheduled assessment day, plan on arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. You need to bring a pencil, picture ID, and HESI payment receipt. Students are not be permitted to enter the room once the assessment has started and are required to register for a different session, if available.

The HESI Assessment is timed; students are allowed up to 5.25 hours to complete. The assessment is held on the Mt. Pleasant Campus in CLAB 272.

Students may take the HESI Assessment a maximum of two times. There must be at least four months in between attempts. If you are unable to attend after registering or need to switch your assessment date, email nursing@midmich.edu.
