• 2023 Camp Wheaton Registration

  • The Rumble In The Desert Speed Camp will mainly focus on teaching and improving running technique, using drills that will help identify weak areas of development. The focus will be on teaching and improving their understanding of speed and leaving athletes with drills that are used by professional athletes to develop strength, and increase speed. The camp will cover hips, arms, balance and knee drive. The first session will be using motion drills to engage some of the learned techniques covered at the begining. There will be a structured one-on-one session at the end of the camp. Our experienced staff will correct mistakes as they are made. Athletes will leave with an understanding, impact, and awareness on how important speed is and how it's applied to the sport participated in.
