Membership Guidelines
Note: Applications require a $12 membership fee due at time of submission to the Chamber. This fee covers the cost of your name badge should you be accepted. Your application will be considered and you will be notified for membership prior to the next Diplomat meeting, which occurs the 1st Friday of each month.

All Diplomats must be a member of the Burleson Area Chamber of Commerce in good financial standing.

Attendance is mandatory.

Diplomat meetings are held at the Chamber office beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the 1st Friday of each month with the exception of July.

Random Acts are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month with the exception of July. Diplomats are expected to arrive by 2:20.

Diplomats are required to notify the secretary for an excused absence prior to scheduled monthly meetings or Random Acts.

All diplomats will be provided a name badge and supportive paperwork to perform duties as Diplomat.

All paperwork pertaining to monthly Diplomat assignments must be submitted at the next scheduled Diplomat meeting.

All Diplomats participation will be reviewed on a quarterly basis by the Executive Committee. Any Diplomat not adhering to the guidelines set forth can be terminated by a majority vote of the Executive Committee.

Only 25% excused absences allowed. Excessive absences will result in a review of your position as a Diplomat by the Executive Committee. Diplomat may make up by volunteering at Honey Tour or Golf Tournament.
