If you need graphic design assistance, static website updates (i.e. a new banner, new 'About Us' info, etc.), Email/Flocknote projects, or other additional tasks, please contact Beth Mayr at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon completion of this form, the following tasks will occur (best to give about 1 weeks' notice on events, if possible):
Addition to the website calendar (school and/or church)
Social media promotion (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for school and/or church)
Promotion in the print bulletin (for church events)
Promotion in the e-bulletin (church and/or school)
Any other possible promotion venues, based on the event (church bulletin boards, myParish app notification, etc.)
Usually, events are publicized about 2-3 weeks before the event, leading up to the event. If you take photos of the event, please email them to Beth - we'd love to share them with the community during/after the event!
