As outlined in the IWA handbook: Parents understand and agree that any failure to pay tuition on time and in full accordance with the payment option selected above will result in the following possible consequences, at IWA’s discretion:
no access to progress reports available on GradeLock;
immediate loss of your child(s) place of enrollment at IWA;
no release of your child(s) records and/or transcripts;
limit to your child(s) participation in graduation events.
If any payment under Option B is delinquent, or if the Unity Catholic Federal Credit Union terminates its payment arrangement with the Parents, for any reason whatsoever, the Parents agree to immediately pay the full, unpaid balance to IWA, and late charges will be assessed accordingly.
Parents of Child (ren) enrolled prior to August 15, 2017 may cancel this Agreement without further obligation (with the exception of the Registration Deposit, which is non-refundable) by advising IWA, in writing, of their cancellation prior to August 15, 2017. Cancellation notification must be received by IWA on or before August 15, 2017. If enrollment is cancelled after August 15, 2017, 15% of the tuition paid is non-refundable. The 85% remaining refund will be prorated from August, 2017 through May, 2018.
