Before submitting this form, if your item is made of Leather, Rubber, or Suede, CrystalNinja will need to review actual item before quoting, especially if the item will be functionally used. If the item is for display, CrystalNinja still needs to review.

All quotes will be answered in the order which they are received. Quotes will be responded to within 10 business days. All quotes received will be a solid figure that make up a cost of materials, crystal supplies, painting/ prep and labor. Final quote does not include shipping. Shipping items to CrystalNinja will be at the owners expense and any incidences of lost or damaged items will be the sole responsibility of the sender. We are currently booking projects out 5 to 6 months in advance.
