      DIGITAL DEVICES

      If you are sending a digital unit in for repair, we need ALL of your coils/ attachments to be returned with your unit.

      *If you are not sure if you have a Digital Machine contact Magnus Magnetica by texting to. 323.680.5411  for confirmation.

      Helpful Packaging Tips

      1). Your unit's Serial Number and approved Return

      Authorization (RMA) Number must appear on the outside of the shipping carton.

      2). When shipping your PEMF device please wrap it securely with bubble wrap and place it in a cardboard box to protect the unit during transit.

      3). Select an appropriate box size so the contents are not able to moved easily within the box. Packed items may shift during transit.

    • Do not send the Power Cord to the Factory.

      If your Power Cord is damaged, do NOT send it to the Factory. They are considered an expendable and are not covered under warranty. Replacements may be purchased on Amazon by clicking here

    • Returning YOUR device from the repair facility there are several options as follows:

      1. The factory will ship your repaired device, via UPS - select the level of service below.
      2. You may provide the repair facility with a return label as follows:
        • Email the factory at support@pemfsystems.com and request the weight and dimensions of the shipping box for the repaired device.
        • Using the weight and dimensions create a PDF of the shipping label.  The "Ship From" address is the same Van Nuys address you are shipping your device to.
        • Email the label to support@pemfsystems.com  with the RMA number in the Subject line.
    • ➠ ALERT!

      You have selected a more expensive Return Service, other than UPS  Ground.

      Magnus Pro PEMF Devices: The repair facility's Support Dept must be called at 818.267.0095, prior to the shipment being returned, in order to re-confirm you actually want the higher level of  UPS Return Service.

      If the repair facility does not hear from you, your repaired device will be returned, via {whenThe}

    • Insurance for the return delivery 
    • You answered "YES" ...and 

      Be advised that hundreds of PEMF devices are shipped from the repair facility every month, with no loss or damage. However, the repair facility will insure all new and repaired outgoing PEMF devices for $2500, not their full value.

      You choice for additional insurance is strictly personal.  Below, enter how much coverage you want. The cost is generally 10% of the amount  entered, in addtion to the actual return shipping fee(s).

    • Out of Warranty or Return Shipping Fee Payment 
    • The Factory will send you a form to process a pre-authorization your Credit Card for all Warrantied and Non-Warrantied repairs. If you have a a shipping account, please provide the account number for the return shipping costs.

      NOTICE: Recalled Products do not require a credit card.

      All other warranty or repair transactions will not be processed without a credit card. If your PEMF device's repairs are completed under the Standard Warranty terms and you have provided a return shipper account number, the credit card below with NOT be used., otherwise the credit card will be used for Return Shipping Fees.

      Please be advised, an Authorization will appear on your card as follows:

      • $250.00 - tentative Return Shipping Fees (most likely less)
      • $250.00 -$3,000 - tentative Out of Warranty Repair Charges 

      When the transportation and/or repair charges are invoiced, the required pre-authorization will insure the actual credit card charge will not be declined.

      Important: If the charges for out of Warranty Repair is less than $260 the factory will not seek approval nor send a repair estimate. They will simple repair and ship back and charge your card for the repair and shipping fee. If you are under the first 3-year warranty we will validate via your serial #. Parts and labor are covered.

      ▶︎ If you would like to receive an estimate before any repairs are performed, please indicate this in the notes section.

      ▶︎  If no request for an estimate is made, repairs will be completed automatically, and all applicable charges will apply.

      ▶︎ If you have an EXTENDED WARRANTY please indicate this on the form and specify which company it is through. We will not be aware of your coverage unless you notify us in advance.

    • For Repairs Shipping from outside the USA 
    • Factory Authorization and Client Services Terms and Conditions:

      I authorize PEMF Systems and its affiliates to service and/or repair my PEMF device and/or accessories.

      I understand that I am responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from PEMF Systems and that all payments must be made prior to the shipment being returned.

      PEMF Systems offers a three (3) year limited warranty on all of their devices. Warranty commences on the original ship date from PEMF Systems.

      Billing: Once your repair is complete, PEMF Systems will send an email to the email address provided above with a secure payment link to pay for your repair (if not under warranty) plus shipping charges.

    • Please use Tariff code 9801.00.1012.

      1. Declared and customs value at $1.00 as it's a repair.

      2. Include the description "NOT SOLD (COMMERCIAL) Warranty Repair Pulse Generator, or Exercise Equipment.”r

      Regarding potential issues around USA or Canadian Custom Inspections, please include inside the package a note that says:

      • Your name: {name} 
      • The RMA # below  
      • The Device's Serial #: {serialNumber41}
      • Basic Reason for the repair: {input15}
      • Your return shipping address: {addressWhere}
    • Finalizing your Service Request 
    • PEMF Systems Devices and Loop Accessories

      Once you receive the RMA # it must placed on the exterior of your shipping box.
