Customers who wish to maintain the lowest price should provide all text content, pictures, graphics, photographs and videos, in usable digital formats. Any extra services such as custom feature, custom programming, content writing, typing, graphic design, image editing, photo or video shooting, tutorial/consulting sections will possibly incur additional charges, based on the agreed hourly rate ($70/hour if not specified).

* If the estimated cost is over $400, an initial down payment of 50% is required, before the work starts.

* Final payment - The rest of the payment should be settled within two weeks after the client approves the updates and the updates are published.

* The exact speed of the website updates will be affected by how quickly we receive content and approvals from the client.
