PTA Thrift Shop Project Impact Grant Fund will supplement regular annual support from the PTA Thrift Shop (PTA TS) to schools within the Chapel Hill Carrboro City School District, and will be targeted for special projects. Applications must be submitted through the school's PTA and signed off on by the PTA President. One application per school may be submitted. The process will be competetive, with a possible four (4) to six (6) schools selected. Grants will be awarded to projects that fall within the areas PTA TS has identified as funding priorities.

Proposals will be accepted March 1-March 31, 2018. Selections will be made by May 31, 2018 and contact listed on application will be notified. Funds will be disbursed by October 1, 2018.
Before starting your application:
1. Review the funding priorities and guidelines to make sure your program or project meets the qualifications and requirements.
2. Download a copy of the application before you start. Prepare the additional documents you will need to complete your application. You will need to upload the following:
Narrative: Review the
of what your narrative should include, as well as formatting guidelines.
Budget: You may use your own budget or the template provided. Simply
a copy of the template and review the instructions that have been provided. In addition, feel free to customize this template to fit your needs.
Financial Statement: Provide your PTA's budget for the current school year (if selected for funding PTA TS will ask for the upcoming year's budget.)
PTA volunteer leadership names and affiliations.
3. Answer all the questions in the order listed and within the space or pages required.
