There will be no refunds made for entrants who fail to attend the event. Other situations will be evaluated on a case be case basis. Refunds shall be subject to the following conditions:
 A $5.00 deduction will be made from your prepaid entry fees.
 Each registered rider MUST SUBMIT A WRITTEN OR E-MAILED REQUEST for a refund received by the RBA no later than 48 hours before the event for which you are requesting a refund.
There will be no refunds made for cancellations for the Populaire events. Refund requests are to be sent to either firstname.lastname@example.org or:
