POOL PARTY POLICIES

Each lifeguard costs $30 per hour.

The following guidelines will be used to assign the appropriate number of lifeguards to your party. The number of people in your party is based on the TOTAL PARTY ATTENDEES - not estimated swimmers. Please note one additional lifeguard is required for parties with teenagers (13-17), college age or parties serving alcohol. Company shall provide no lifeguard beyond the hour of 11:45 PM.

Lifeguard to Party Attendee Ratio

1 to 25 = 1 Lifeguard
26 to 50 = 2 Lifeguards
51 to 75 = 3 Lifeguards
76 to 100 = 4 Lifeguards
101 or more = 5 Lifeguards, plus one (1) more for each additional 25 people or portion thereof.

Customer agrees to provide one adult chaperone for each ten (10) people at a teenage or college age party. The Company will not schedule lifeguards for any fraternity parties. Party price shall include any time spent cleaning up after use by any special group or party.
