Lessee agrees to pay a refundable security deposit of $250.00 with any rental. The deposit is due with rental fee check and application in order to secure your reservation.

If no damages exist, deposit check will be destroyed. If damages exist, the deposit will be withheld subject to arbitration with the Cheshunt Board of Directors.

Lessee must be in good standing with the Cheshunt Homeowners Association. Cedar Management staff will verify standing of owner before application is approved. Please submit an electronic rental agreement from www.cheshuntcommunity.com and mail your checks, payable to Cheshunt Homeowners Association, to Cedar Management at PO Box 26844 Charlotte, NC 28221, or bring this form to the office located at 9500 Statesville Road, Charlotte, NC 28269 along with you checks. All monies must be received within seven days after receipt of application for rental to be confirmed. Cedar Management Office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am-6:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2pm. Cedar Management’s Offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Check their website for their holiday office hours.
