What The Festival 2017 Craft Vendor Application
To apply for What The Festival craft vending, please fill out the form below. Note that we will take your vending plans into consideration and expect your business to be consistent with your stated plan. This form will close March 29th, 2017. Please note! Applications within the date range of January to the end of March will be in equal consideration so don't feel pressured to apply early. Most important is for you to have the best & updated/current information & photos about your booth & offering. If you are a previous vendor with us you are still required to fill out the application form in its entirety.
Name of business
What Booth Size are you applying for? Fees and certificate of insurance are due no later than May 3rd, 2017.
Single booth $850 10’ wide of frontage. The depth is a minimum of 10’ and depending on your particular site could extend in depth as far as 20’+. There is no guarantee on the depth you will get. Your vending fee of $850 gives you this amount of space to work in, a power source (for basic lighting/no large power draws), the right to conduct commerce transactions in this space, two festival entry passes with vendor wristbands and one vehicle pass for car or van to be parked in vendor parking area.
Double booth $1,700 20’ wide of frontage. The depth is a minimum of 10’ and depending on your particular site could extend in depth as far as 20’+. There is no guarantee on the depth you will get. Your vending fee of $1700 gives you this amount of space to work in, a power source (for basic lighting/no large power draws), the right to conduct commerce transactions in this space, four festival entry passes with vendor wristbands and two vehicle passes for cars or vans to be parked in vendor parking area.
Roaming vendor $650. Your vending fee of $650 gives you the authorized ability to conduct commerce transactions of service and/or products within the event venue of What The Festival, one festival entry pass with vendor wristband and one vehicle pass for car or van to be parked in vendor parking area. (Please note: only wearers of the official Vendor wristband will be permitted to conduct business as part of a roaming agreement).

How does your booth appearance contribute to the Art Experience at What The Festival?
Upload at least one image showing your booth setup from previous events. If you are a new vendor, provide an image of a mockup vending setup.
How do you embody GREEN business practices?
Please provide a brief description of your business (2-3 sentences) so we can share this information on the What The Festival website, via social media and within our event program guide.
Provide at least two hi-res images for What The Festival Promotions. Suggestions are: products or services you provide, company logo, recognizable booth setup (multiple images can be uploaded at the link below).
