What The Festival 2017 Food Vending Application
To apply for What The Festival food vending, please fill out the form below. Note that we will take your vending plans into consideration and expect your business to be consistent with your stated plan. Application deadline: this form will close March 29, 2017. Please note! Applications within the date range of January to the end of March will be in equal consideration so don't feel pressured to apply early. Most important is for you to have the best & updated/current information & photos about your booth & offering. If you are a previous vendor with us you are still required to fill out the application form in its entirety.

How does your booth have an intriguing, dynamic, festive frontage and overall appearance?
Please indicate ANY and ALL spatial needs for your operation (measurements should include footprint for your crew access areas as well). Typical offered space for food vendors is an approximate 10' wide of frontage going deep by 30'.

Size of vending space you are applying for:
$1,750 standard wide frontage (10'-12' including "elbow room"): includes 6 staff passes, power source, potable water source, 1 vehicle pass and ability to buy up to 6 additional staff passes at $250 each
$2,000 extra wide frontage (12'-28' width including "elbow room"): includes 6 staff passes, power source, potable water source, 1 vehicle pass and ability to buy up to 6 additional staff passes at $250 each.
Please provide a complete menu of what you intend to sell at What The Festival: food, drinks and prices. Be thorough because this ensures other booths do not offer like items.
How do you embody GREEN business practices?
What are your specific power needs? We have available 120volt- 20 amp circuits and 240volt- 50 amp circuits.
If you need 240v power, please send us a picture of your plug so that we can be prepared for you to simply plug in.
Please provide all specific information about what you require to be able to operate your business. (Power and water will be available beginning on the Thursday load-in arrival day.) If you are using standard 120v household 20 amp circuits, please specify the number of 120v 20amp circuits you require.
For promotional purposes on What The Festival's website, program guide and various vendor social media promotions, please provide a brief description of your business and offerings using only 2-3 sentences.
Provide at least two hi-res images for What The Festival Promotions. Suggestions are: menu items you provide, company logo, recognizable booth setup (multiple images can be uploaded at the link below).
